Week 1…again

Well week 1 has come and gone again.

What went right: Diet was pretty much in check, I tracked calories for most days, and I am incredibly motivated.

What didn’t: Not much really. It was another stress filled week but for the most part I handled it in stride.

Useful tools: This week I dove into some podcasts and went for lengthy walks. Went to the RunDisney Expo (the fortune of living as close as I do). And invested in some Crumbl cookies. All in all, kept beer excursions to what felt like a minimal necessity to help prevent psychological impacts.

Final Score: 8/10.

I lost a pound and feel like I really set myself up for success. Excited to see where this goes.
