More of the same this week. Was pretty good with tracking meals and working out. Did pretty well drinking less. But then life had other things in mind. We had some good news and some highly stressful moments this week that caused us to both want to celebrate and also kick back. So naturally, one beer turned into many. Untracked snacks happened. Workouts were missed. And in the end, my body said enough is enough. As I sit here now, I am on day two of what we believe is acute onset gastritis. My stomach lining is beyond pissed. Running is awkward. The pain comes and goes. I’m just hoping it resolves quickly and without doctor intervention. Not ideal considering I just recovered from Covid mid-week. Regardless, I know for sure that this week will certainly be better- with better results and momentum building.
