This website is my attempt to remain accountable on my weight loss/ultramarathon training journey and provide insight, hope, and encouragement to others.
I will be posting weekly updates regarding my journey and my efforts to prove that although recent advancements in nutritional supplements prove immensely encouraging – it is the journey and effort of weight loss that proves to be the most rewarding.
