The Return of Covid

This week was uneventful in terms of exercise and diet. Diet maintained but exercise disappeared. I spent Monday and Tuesday feeling strangely run down. Then to my surprise on Wednesday – tested positive for Covid, again.

My lowest weigh-in for the week was 156 though, which is huge considering that puts me at 4-6lbs lost already. It’s hard to really nail down what the total loss is because early on my weight was fluctuating so much between 160-162. Regardless, I’m happy to already be closing in on 150 again. Honestly, I’m beginning to not care again (in a good way). Missing workouts this week has been miserable. I mean even this post is two days late. I’m still feeling the fatigue but I’m really hoping that by the end of the week, I’ll be back at it.

Definitely expect zero pounds to be lost this week and if anything – probably a couple of pounds added back on at the end of this ordeal. Can’t wait to get back to running and lifting. Hoping to have something more fun to talk about next week.
